Alarm Response

Our security officers can respond and react to false alarms as well as, any genuine breach of security. We will manage any situation from simply re-setting the alarm to dealing with potentially dangerous situations.

Using Global Guarding’s Alarm Monitoring System, with our Alarm Response team, you will get a rapid response to any alarm activation, at any time during the day, morning or night to ensure the protection of your premises.

Our team is fully trained to SIA Standards and we have provided our employees with specific training to give them knowledge on how to deal with conflict situations. Such as: searching, seizing articles, use of force and offensive weapons, dealing with incidents, studying relevant legislation and how to comply with the law, drugs, arrest, scene preservation and report writing.

Once an alarm is activated and our employees check the site, a report is required to be produced by the guard to provide evidence of the alarm response, risk evaluation, exterior and interior inspections, authority reporting and emergency maintenance.

Our guards can either turn up or secure the exterior of the premises, awaiting company representatives to arrive, or coupled with our key holding service, we can carry out a dynamic risk assessment of the site.

Should repairs be necessary Global Guarding can also arrange for windows to be boarded up and any emergency remedial work to be carried out.
