Door supervisors are required in premises where alcohol is supplied and consumed, whilst open to the general public or regulated entertainment is being provided. Global Guarding can provide you with SIA Approved Door Supervisors that: pass all identity checks, pass a criminal records check and hold a recognised door supervisor qualification that are required to meet the standards within this industry.

Global SIA Door Supervisors are trained in:

-        Roles and Responsibilities of Door Supervision: including, admission policies, refusing entry, searching, seizing articles, eviction, use of force and offensive weapons, dealing with incidents, studying relevant legislation and how to comply with the law, drugs, arrest, scene preservation and report writing.

-        Conflict Management: Includes, managing conflict by applying dynamic risk approaches, understanding the importance of self-awareness and being proactive, how to defuse conflict by overcoming communication blocks, signalling non-aggression, managing high-risk situations, conflict resolution and how to learn from conflict.
