Allowing a vacant site to be left unoccupied can become a target for graffiti artists and spray paint tagging’s. This will not only bring down the general quality of the site promoting other illegal activities such as drug taking, drug dealing, homeless people sleeping rough on site, and squatting. The site will also be devalued to any new potential customers as they wont want a site that has illegal activities and will also show the local area as degenerative and not conclusive to a good working environment for their business.
