Where required, we can provide self-contained mobile welfare units outside of your property. So that we can eliminate the need for facilities to be turned back on when securing a void property, which can raise Health and Safety issues associated with occupation of a vacant property; Global Guarding can arrange for temporary internal welfare facilities.

To date, Global Guarding has a 100% pass rate of keeping squatters out of void properties from both newly vacated properties and ex squats where the squatters have been removed. We have also been successful in the securing of; construction, commercial and retail sites. We provide our employees with full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) equipment, we also provide CSCS qualified guards where required and corporate uniforms to fit in with existing retail sites.
